We have addedd an new phone line today, you can now contact us via 1-888-EZ-2-GAME, we have tryed our best to be availible for your support issues, and now We are even better on our support. So, from on start of with the 1-88-EZ-2-GAME and then go to our secondary contacts as via e-mail or other means, We still like the Support Ticket System in the Billing, but we as gamers know you like to talk to a real person.. We answer the Support Ticket fairly fast, just in case we don't get to you by phone or Temspeak/Ventrilo.

We have added a new web server to our St. Louis location at the United States Bandwidth Exhange building. Our webservers are being monitored on a 24/7 basis to asure uptime. Everyone will notice a much faster response as we took extra measures in server setup. We plan on moving all customers that are tied to the DNS below.

Our new line of Dual Core Dedicated Servers are starting to hit the racks with this upcoming weeks test/trial run.
